At Bob Jane T-Marts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or use our guest return tracker to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization number.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn clothing back into its original packaging with all tags still attached to ensure your return is accepted for processing.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
